Interested in becoming a U.S. citizen? Don’t know where to start? The Hart Memorial Library will be hosting a U.S. Citizenship Workshop in partnership with the NALEO Education Fund.
This workshop is taking place at 10am-2pm, Saturday, August 17.
Registration is required. To register for the workshop, please call or text 1.888.839.8682.
Representatives from the NALEO Educational Fund will be on-site to provide free assistance with the N-400 application and, if applicable, a fee waiver.
You must gather the following in order to participate in the workshop:
Documents
- Your lawful permanent residenct card (Green Card)
- State Identification or Driver’s License
- All police and court recrrods if you have ever been arrested, cited, detained, or charged
- If applying for fee waiver, please bring a verification of benefits letter and/or a copy of your most recent tax return
Information
- Addresses, work, and schooling (last 5 years)
- All trips outside of the U.S. (last 5 years); and curent and expired passports
- Address and date of birth of all your children

Este taller se llevará a cabo de 10 a.m. a 2 p.m. el sábado 17 de agosto.

- Si solicita la exención de tarifas, traiga una carta de verificación de beneficios y/o una copia de su declaración de impuestos más reciente.
