Strategic Plan 2025-2028
The Osceola Library System has a clear vision and path to enhancing services and resources for Osceola County’s rapidly growing community, aligning with the Board of County Commissioners’ goal to make the area a great place to live. Initiated in February 2024, this Strategic Plan is based on extensive community and staff engagement that helped identify key priorities and focus areas. These include access to robust book and digital collections, skill-building workshops, literacy programs, and versatile meeting spaces, with service enhancements in needed areas like Narcoossee and Four Corners. Annual Action Plans based on these core goals will be developed and regularly evaluated to ensure the needs of our evolving community are considered and met.
