TechCentral, the innovative makerspace located on the second floor of the Hart Memorial Library, is proud to announce the expansion of its Robotics Lab!
The Robotics Lab is collaborative workspace is geared towards STEAM-hungry kids and teens, with a focus on understanding circuits, machines, and the potential real-life applications of technology. With this new expansion, the lab will offer scheduled instructor-led classes and Open Lab Hours for hands-on exploration.
Open Lab Hours are available 5pm-7pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays, where patrons can reserve spots online and experiment with robotics kits such as LEGO WeDo 2.0, LEGO Mindstorm EV3, VEX Super Kits, littleBits, Arduino CTC 101, and soldering equipment.
