How Does it Work?
- Place holds on our online catalog.
- Select Narcoossee Express Locker as your Pickup Location.
- When notified your items are ready, bring your library card to open your assigned locker. Follow the on-screen instructions to check out your items.
- Return items to the Express Locker or any of our library branches.
No Library card? No problem! Visit any of our branches to sign up for your free Library card.
How often do the Library couriers visit the Express Lockers?
Library couriers generally visit each locker three times per week (subject to change).
- Narcoossee – Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Reunion – Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
Why are the items I returned at the Express Locker still showing on my account?
Items returned to Express Lockers do not immediately check in. Our couriers check in all returned items during their scheduled visits.
How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
Once an item is available, delivery should only take a few days. If your item(s) stil remain in “shipped” status, contact the Library and we will track the item down.
What if I cannot reach the top or bottom compartments? Are there accessible compartments at the Express Lockers?
If you have difficulty reaching the top or bottom compartments, let us know! Contact us and we will note in your acccount that you need the accessible compartments.
How do I correctly scan my library card if I'm having difficulty?
Scanning tip: be aware that the laser points down.
Hold your library card or book a little below the scanner window with the barcode facing up for the best results.
What happens if I return an item on a day the couriers do not visit?
If you returned an item to the Express Lockers on a day couriers do not visit, don’t worry! All items are backdated to the date of their last visit.
Why won't my account screen log off?
If your account screen won’t close, chances are there is a locker open waiting for you to retrieve additional items.
What if I have more than one item ready for pickup?
If you have more than one item ready for pickup, they may be in separate compartments. Take a second to look at the entire machine to be sure you have gathered all of your items.
