All public shelters are closed. 

Trash Collection 

According to Osceola Emergency Management, curbside trash collection will resume Friday, October 11 for residents in unincorporated Osceola County.

Regular curbside collection (garbage, recycle, yard waste, and bulk) will resume next week.

If your regular trash day is Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, please have your trash and yard waste curbside by 6:30am, Friday October 11.

Trash collection will occur Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12. Note: This is for household and yard waste only — no recycling or bulk waste will be collected.

Hurricane debris will not be collected during regular curbside collection.

Hurricane Debris

A free yard waste drop-off site will be open at Canoe Creek Road (across from Bramble Wood Drive) for Osceola County residents from 7am-6pm, Saturday, October 12th to Sunday, October 20th.

The County will also deploy a contractor to collect hurricane debris from the curb. Please separate construction debris from vegetation. Mixed debris will not be collected.
