The Board meets quarterly. Membership is yearly. We have been able since 2004 to establish a yearly scholarship for a senior at Celebration High School showing out-standing English and literature skills with an interest in library science. Library Advisory Board
The Library Advisory Board meets regularly to discuss library-related activities and issues. The Board meets on a quarterly basis to discuss library related activities and issues. Please check the library events calendar for meeting dates and locations or call 407.742.8888. Meetings are held at the Hart Memorial Central Library.

Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library of Osceola County, FL, is comprised of citizens of this county who are interested and concerned with promoting the services of the Osceola County Public Library System. The group has filed an application for a 501(c)(3), to become a not-for-profit tax-exempt group. Anyone in the community may join for a small membership fee of five dollars ($5.00). Larger donations are also accepted. West Osceola Friends of the Library
West Osceola Friends of the Library, Inc. (WOFOL) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organiza-tion incorporated in April 2004, Registration Number: CH17598. The goal of WOFOL is to support the development of enhanced library services to the western side of Osceola County. Our mission is also to support literacy and volunteerism.
