Bring paper and pen, or your laptop to begin with a brief lesson and writing prompt exercises, followed by time to share your work with feedback from peers. Attendees must be 16 and over. Brevity is the soul of horror with this week's prompt.

Namaste! StorYoga

Children of all ages can benefit from a little stretching, breathing, and movement. If you have a body and can move some part of it, you can do yoga. Poses are easily modified to meet any needs or limitations people may have. Anything you can do to tie fitness to an engaging story in some way is always beneficial.

This program is beginner-friendly. Participants should wear comfy, stretchy clothes and bring your own mat or towel.
