Rick Chamberlin, fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise and owner of Autumn Moon Tai Chi Fitness, will guide you through stretching and breathing techniques of the Yang style Tai Chi form. No experience necessary, beginners welcome! Comfortable clothing and bottled water is recommended.

Pick up basic coding principles with Girls Who Code, a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology since 2012. Open to girls and boys in grades 3 - 5. Space is limited, registration required. Access to an email address (a parent's email is fine) is required for some club activities and elements.
