Children of all ages can benefit from a little stretching,
breathing, and movement. If you have a body and can move some part of it, you can do yoga.
Poses are easily modified to meet any needs or limitations people may have.
Anything you can do to tie fitness to an engaging story in some way is always
beneficial.

This program is beginner-friendly. Participants
should wear comfy, stretchy clothes and
bring your own mat or towel. Space is limited, please arrive early.
